This section is designed to facilitate the creation, assignment, and management of assessments, allowing teachers to evaluate students’ performance in an organized and efficient way.
It enables teachers to assign structured assessments to students, ensuring clear tracking of their academic progress.
How to create an assessment?
To create a new test within a class:
- Select the product (a specific series or all available ones).
- Click on the ( + ) button to add the activities that will be part of the assessment.
3. You can see the total number of selected activities in the top-right corner.
4. Click on <Create>.
How do I configure the assessment?
During creation, the following sections are presented:
General
- Assign a title to the assessment.
- Define clear instructions for students.
- Set:
- Start date
- End date
- Availability time window
Content
- List of activities included in the assessment.
- Overview of the selected items.
Currently, the option to enforce a specific order in activities is disabled.
Students
- Displays all the students in the class.
- Allows you to confirm who the assessment will be assigned to.
- Click on <Submit> to assign the assessment to students.
In the case of Diagnostic Tests, once the assessment has been created and submitted: it cannot be deleted.

- Carefully validate the configuration before submitting.
- Ensure that the selected activities are correct.

- Verify dates and time settings to avoid access issues.
