Also known as tokens or product access codes, this section allows you to manage the educational products available within Studio, as well as unlock new content using codes.
How to view products?
This section displays the products available to the user.
To explore a product:
- Select the product you want to review.
- Its content and associated materials will be displayed.
To view all available products:
- Click on <View all> to access the full list.
How to add new products?
There are two ways to add products:
- From the Dashboard: New product
- From the overview: + Add product

Steps to add a product:
- Click on + Add product or New product.
- Enter the corresponding access code.
- Click on Add Product to confirm.
What is an access code?
A product access code is a unique combination of letters and numbers that allows you to unlock content within Studio.
Characteristics:
- Alphanumeric
- Can contain between 12 and 20 characters
- Examples:
RP4E5F678923- XX00-0X0X-00XX-0XX0
Where can you find it?
- Inside the cover of a physical book
- On a card or material included with the product
- Provided by the institution
- In the email or digital purchase (e-commerce)
Important: This code is required to register and enable products within the platform.
Where can I find my products?
Once added correctly:
- The product will appear in the My Classes > Class Materials section.
- The content will be available for use in activities and assignments.
No products available state
If there are no unlocked products:
- An informational message will be displayed indicating that no content is available.
- The user will be prompted to add a product using an access code.
Why is it great?
- Centralizes the management of educational materials.
- Makes it easier to access digital content.
- Enables quick activation using codes.
- Integrates products directly into the classroom environment.
Consider:
- Codes must be valid and not previously used.
- Activation directly impacts the available content.
- Immediate validation of the code upon entry is recommended.
