This section centralizes all activities, assignments, and assessments assigned by teachers, allowing for clear and organized management of academic work.

Provides a comprehensive overview of the status of assignments, making it easier to track, manage, and evaluate them.

Available Information

Each assignment displays the following information:

  • Assignment type: iRead (Yo leo), test, or other activities.
  • Class: The class it belongs to.
  • Activity status:
    • Active
    • Not started
    • Closed
  • Score: Expressed as a percentage.
    Indicates whether there are pending grades.
  • Assignment date
  • Due date
  • Number of students who have submitted the activity

Activity Management

Each activity includes an options menu (three-dot icon) that allows you to:

  • Edit the assignment
  • Delete it
  • Reopen it

Important:
Once a student has submitted the activity, it cannot be edited or deleted.


Search and Filters

To make it easier to locate tasks, the section includes:

  • Search bar
  • Filters by:
    • Assignment type
    • Status
    • Due date

Auto-Submit Functionality


The Auto-Submit feature is automatically activated when the time allotted for a task ends and the student has not clicked.


At that moment:

  • The system automatically submits the completed responses.
  • Information loss is prevented.
  • The teacher receives the student’s progress up to that point.

Results Display

  • Uncompleted activities are shown with a dash (–) in the Score column.
  • If a student completes only some activities, the overall average is calculated based only on the completed activities.


Time Consideration

Once the due date is reached, the automatic submission (Auto-Submit) is carried out at 10:00 CET (Central European Time).
