A new feature has been added to the iRead library that will allow you to find content more quickly and in a more personalized way.

What’s new?

You can now use the genre filter across the entire iRead library.

What is it for?

This new filter allows you to:

• Explore readings based on your interests.
• Find more relevant content quickly.
• Personalize your experience within the library.

The display on small screens has been updated: the <Read with Practice> toggle will now be hidden in these views.

How does it work now?

• The toggle will no longer appear in viewing windows on small devices.
• It will still be available within the modal window, where you can access this feature when needed.

Why this improvement?

• Improves clarity and organization of the interface.
• Enhances usability on mobile devices.
• Reduces unnecessary visual elements on smaller screens.

You can now reorder content within:

• Regular tasks
• iRead tasks

What’s changing?

Previously, content reordering was limited to RET content only. With this update:

• You can adjust the order of items based on your needs.
• You have greater control over the structure of your tasks.

A bug that previously prevented the level from being properly submitted and saved when editing a user has now been resolved, ensuring that information updates correctly, now correctly submitted and saved in the system.

• Before: The level was not recorded when making edits.
• Now: Any changes to the user’s level are saved properly.

Why is this important?

• Ensures the integrity of user information.
• Enables more accurate and reliable management.
• Improves the experience when managing user profiles on the platform.

The comment and response system has been updated to ensure that new replies are displayed correctly, reducing visualization issues.

Improvements have been made to how comments and their replies are updated and displayed, correctly incorporating newly generated responses.

• The response from the backend (BE) has been adjusted to prevent errors.
• New responses are now properly reflected in the comments list.

Why is it important?

• Prevents recent replies from not being visible.

A typography issue affecting the display of empty messages and forum topics has been resolved.

Comments with multiple replies now feature a collapsible design, helping organize conversations more effectively.

How does it work?

• Replies to a comment are automatically grouped when there are many.
• You can expand or collapse replies as needed.

• Makes navigation within the forum easier.
• Reduces visual clutter, especially in lengthy threads.

An enhancement has been added to the tree view component that displays the full title of a content item when you hover over it.

How does it work?

• When you place your cursor over an item in the tree, its full title will be shown.
• This appears as contextual help, without the need to click.

Why is it important?

• Makes it easier to identify content with similar names.
• Improves accuracy when selecting items.
• Enhances navigation in structures with multiple levels or elements.

When an image cannot be loaded, a placeholder will now be automatically displayed in its place.

What’s changing?

• Before: Failed images caused visual errors or empty spaces.
• Now: They are replaced with a temporary visual element indicating the image is unavailable.

A typographical error in the confirmation banner shown when unlocking content has been corrected, ensuring the message displays properly.

What’s changing?

• Before: The word <contents> was incorrectly displayed as <conents>.
• Now: The message is shown with the correct spelling.

The size of the loading indicator has been adjusted so it displays correctly during the file upload process.

Adjustments have been made to the profile menu on tablets, improving both its design and accessibility.

The behavior of the class editing modal in integrated institutions has been adjusted to allow proper configuration of the ETS program.

What was happening?

• The modal required all fields to be completed without flexibility.
• The Description field did not allow input.
• This prevented saving changes and configuring the ETS program.

What’s changing now?

• The modal now correctly allows input in all fields.
• ETS program configuration is enabled for classes in integrated institutions.
• Validation logic remains in place, but with improved functional flexibility.

Why is it important?

• Enables proper management of ETS programs in integrated environments.
• Simplifies class configuration without unnecessary blockers.
• Improves efficiency and overall experience in academic administration.

We optimized the notification behavior to ensure users are directed to the correct related content.

What was happening?

• Clicking on a notification did not open the corresponding message.
• The pop-up window containing the notification details was not displayed.

What changes now?

• Selecting a notification automatically opens the associated message.
• When applicable, a pop-up window with the complete details is displayed.
• Navigation between notifications and related content is now more direct and seamless.

As part of the Theme Maker for Studio – Part 2 implementation, administrators and operators can now enable or disable the Class Materials module from the Platform Features section. To provide a clearer user experience and prevent navigation issues, a friendly informational view has been added for users who attempt to access the module while it is disabled.

What was happening?

• Users could attempt to access Class Materials directly through its URL even when the module was disabled.
• This could result in navigation issues, blank screens, or unexpected behavior.
• The platform did not clearly indicate why the content was unavailable.

What changes now?

• Administrators and operators can manage the Class Materials module from Platform Features.
• When the module is disabled, users accessing the URL will see an informational placeholder screen instead of errors or inaccessible content.
• The route remains available, but access to the content is blocked in a controlled and user-friendly manner.

As part of our ongoing platform maintenance and security improvements, vulnerabilities associated with lodash 4.17.21 were identified and addressed through dependency updates and remediation efforts.

What changes now?

• Vulnerable dependencies have been updated to secure versions.
• Affected components identified during the security review have been remediated.
• Compatibility and functionality were validated to ensure a stable update process.

What was happening? 

When logging into the platform using your account via Connect or EDi, the system experienced an error when trying to save an entire unit to view offline from the PWA. Now, the platform recognizes your login correctly and allows you to download all the content you need quickly, securely, and seamlessly.

Recommendation The fix is already live, but to ensure the changes take effect on your device, we recommend doing the following:

1. Log out of your current session on the platform.

2. Close the application or your browser tab completely.

3. Log back in by clicking your usual access button (Connect or EDi).

The visual appearance of the <Create a New Class> button has been completely redesigned, introducing a more modern and intuitive user experience.

The visual design of the statistics components has been updated to provide a more modern, organized, and easier-to-understand presentation. The cards now better highlight critical information through an optimized arrangement of visual elements, colors, and content hierarchy.

Users can now identify and understand relevant information about assignments, activities, and progress more quickly, thanks to a clearer, more engaging interface designed to support informed decision-making.

An issue that prevented users from viewing and using the available file actions in the tablet version of the application has been resolved.

What changes now?

• File action buttons (such as Edit, Share, and Delete) are now displayed correctly on tablet devices.
• Interaction functionality for files within the My Uploads section has been fully restored.
• The user experience is now consistent across desktop, mobile, and tablet devices.

A formatting issue in the <File Sharing> section has been resolved. Previously, some text and visual elements did not follow the platform’s defined typography and styling standards.

What changes now?

• Typography has been standardized throughout the File Sharing modal.
• Titles, labels, and descriptive text now display with the correct visual styling.
• Interface consistency has been improved, providing a clearer and more professional user experience.

Users will now see information displayed consistently and in alignment with the overall application design when sharing files with classes or groups, making reading and navigation easier.

Adjustments have been made to the My Downloads section to optimize its appearance and functionality on mobile devices and tablets.

What Was Fixed?

• Visual styles were adjusted to ensure a consistent display across different screen sizes.
• Layout issues that could affect the navigation experience on touch-enabled devices were corrected.

Users can now enjoy a more consistent, clear, and responsive experience in the My Downloads section, making it easier to access and manage downloaded content from any mobile device or tablet.

Access settings have been updated so that StudioELT.com now directs users to the new RSP ELT instance.

What’s Changing?

• The studioelt.com domain now points to the RSP ELT platform in its current environment.
• Availability of the latest platform version has been validated.
• Core platform functionalities have been tested and verified, including:
  • Access to learning content.
  • Assignment submission.
  • Activity assignment.

Users can now access RSP ELT through StudioELT.com via a centralized entry point, providing an updated experience while ensuring the availability of key learning and academic management features.

A fix has been implemented to resolve an issue affecting access to Studio from EDI for NLMS UNOi MX 2026 users.

When selecting the Studio banner within EDI, some users were being redirected to the login page instead of being taken directly to the platform.

What’s Changed?

• The expected authentication and redirection behavior has been restored.
• Users can now access Studio from EDI without additional login prompts.

Impact for Users

• No action is required from users.
• Access to Studio from EDI now works as expected.
• Users can navigate seamlessly between EDI and Studio with a smoother, uninterrupted experience.

An improvement has been implemented in the assignment reopening functionality to streamline student management for teachers.

What’s Changed?

When reopening an assignment and using the bulk selection option, the platform now allows teachers to correctly deselect all students, making it easier to manually select only those students for whom the activity should be reopened.
