This can happen if the assignment was completed or submitted after the deadline set by the teacher.
All assignments have a due date. Although the system allows you to continue and complete the activity after that deadline, the score will not be recorded in the Markbook if submitted late.
Recommendation:Make sure to submit the assignment before the deadline. If there was a technical or communication issue, we recommend contacting the teacher to explore a possible solution or reopening of the assignment.
