An improvement has been implemented in Self-Study mode to ensure that the grades displayed in the Markbook accurately reflect the student's completed attempts.

What’s Improved?

Previously, the student and teacher Markbook displayed only the most recent grade for an activity. As a result, the First, Last, and Average grade values appeared identical, even when multiple attempts with different results existed.

With this update, the system now correctly displays the information stored in Studio, allowing users to view the actual values for:

• First Grade
• Last Grade
• Average Grade

Additionally, this data is now used to calculate each activity's average score more accurately.

This adjustment applies exclusively to students accessing activities through Self-Study mode.

The behavior of Self-Study activities for teachers has been updated to prevent their responses from being saved between sessions.

What's Improved?

Previously, when a teacher completed a Self-Study activity, their responses were stored and continued to appear when they re-entered the activity. This prevented them from taking the activity again from a clean starting point.

With this update, responses submitted by teachers in Self-Study activities will no longer be retained after they exit. Each time a teacher opens the activity again, it will load in a fresh state, allowing them to start over without seeing any previous responses.

We have resolved an issue that prevented Preschool students from receiving a notification when a new assignment was assigned to them.

With this update, the platform now sends the appropriate notification whenever a new assignment is assigned, ensuring that students are informed promptly about their pending activities.

We have improved the way iRead books manage and validate their internal structure. With this update, the platform can now correctly recognize and process any valid node within a book, including additional nodes in the Reading Complete section.

We have resolved an issue where students could see nodes intended exclusively for teachers within a book’s structure. Although the content itself was not accessible to students, the node remained visible, which could create the impression that the material was incomplete.

• Nodes marked as teacher-only content will no longer be displayed in student accounts.
• The content structure shown to students will include only the resources intended for them.
• Empty nodes or nodes without student-accessible content will no longer be visible.
