In this section, you can view which levels within an institution have iRead enabled or disabled.

Remember: Enabling iRead involves additional costs, so it is important to understand the scope of access across the institution.

The activation of iRead can only be performed by the Country Training Manager.


How is it structured?

Top header

  • <Go to Dashboard> button: used to return to the main dashboard.
  • <iRead Activation> page title, accompanied by the iRead logo: indicates the active page.

The active tab is highlighted with a dark background to indicate the current context.

Important
  • iRead activation is managed by academic grade level.
  • Enabling iRead may involve additional costs.

Educational Level Configuration

A hierarchical structure with toggle switches is displayed, organized by educational levels.

1. Preschool

  • Main toggle: Preschool

Sublevels:

  • Nursery
  • Kindergarten 1
  • Kindergarten 2
  • Kindergarten 3
    Allows iRead to be enabled for early education levels on a grade-by-grade basis.

2. Primary

  • Main toggle: Primary

Sublevels:

  • Pre-First
  • Pre-First (primary)
  • 1st primary
  • 2nd primary
  • 3rd primary
  • 4th primary
  • 5th primary
  • 6th primary
    This allows detailed control for each primary grade level.

3. Secondary Education

  • Main toggle: Secondary Education

Sublevels:

  • 1st Year Secondary School
  • 2nd Year Secondary School
  • 3rd Year Secondary School
  • 1st Year High School
  • 2nd Year High School
  • 3rd Year High School
  • 4th Year High School
  • 5th Year High School
  • 6th Year High School

This allows iRead activation to be managed individually for each secondary and high school grade level.

Group Secondary School and High School under a single configurable category.

4. Adults

  • Main toggle: Adults

Sublevels:

  • 1st Year University
  • 2nd Year University
  • 3rd Year University

Allows iRead to be enabled in higher education levels.


Switch behavior

  • The status of all switches is displayed (enabled/disabled).
  • Activation can be performed at:
    • A general level (educational level)
    • A specific level (by grade)
  • Activation can be configured according to the institution’s needs.

To view the available options, they will be displayed as follows: 

Disabled Enabled

Only the Country Training Manager can enable or disable iRead.


Considerations:
  • Activation is automatically reflected in the classes of the selected levels.
  • It is important to validate dependencies between level and sublevel.
  • Verify licensing impacts and costs before enabling activation.
